There is little to no question that, as a homemaker raising teen twins, Elaine Xydis Lipka is a great example when it comes to keeping her family healthy and safe. She also places a high value in the important part she plays in her community, as well. She has always taken a positive and proactive approach to her community, to the point that she is seen these days as something of a liaison between the people in the community and official community leaders.
Elaine Xydis Lipka has obviously become a pillar of her community due to the prominent place she has developed while working in the law enforcement community, and for her work as a criminal justice investigator, among other things. She has been an important player in that profession for more than 20 years so far, and she has developed a very specific set of skills in the process. After all, she has been immersed in the world of counterterrorism and intelligence for a very long time and she has an impressive record as an FBI investigator, where she was responsible for identifying those responsible for some very serious criminal acts and using her investigative resources to gather evidence to lead to a conviction in court.
As is usually the case with prominent people who are all well-thought-of by their communities, it all started with education. Elaine Lipka started hers at the Institutte for Paralegal Training in Philadelphia in 1984 and 1085, when she learned skills as a paralegal and also develped a minor in Sociology. She followed that up by earning a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from the University of Delaware, in Newark, Delaware in 1991. She also attended the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia, which is where she learned the skills that made her a lifelong agent working in support of the U.S. Department of Justice.
