The career of Elaine Xydis Lipka at the FBI has now spanned about three decades by now, since she has been with the Bureau since 1991, in one capacity or another. She spent almost 15 years as a Special Agent in the Washington, DC and Denver Field Offices from 1991 and 2005, and she has been an investigator with the counter-terrorism unit since 2005. As an educator and trainer with the Bureau, Elaine has also conducted Active Shooter Awareness and Suspicious Activity/Persons training and reporting.
